Randi Weitzman is the vice president for technology staffing services at Robert Half, the world’s first and largest specialized staffing firm. In her role, she is responsible for helping to create and execute business strategies for three divisions of Robert Half, including Robert Half Technology, The Creative Group and Robert Half Legal. Randi consults with individual offices and develops and delivers training programs for Robert Half recruiting professionals throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Randi began her tenure with Robert Half in 1999 and has held positions of increasing responsibility since that time, including branch manager, metro market manager and regional vice president, throughout several markets in northern California.

Jeff Rumburg is a co-founder and Managing Partner of MetricNet, where he is responsible for global strategy, product development, and financial operations for the company. As a leading expert in benchmarking and re-engineering, Mr. Rumburg authored a best selling book on benchmarking, and has been retained as a benchmarking expert by such well known companies as American Express, Hewlett-Packard, General Motors, IBM, and Sony.

Mr. Rumburg was honored in 2014 by receiving the Ron Muns Lifetime Achievement Award for his contributions to the IT Service and Support industry. Prior to co-founding MetricNet, Mr. Rumburg was president and founder of The Verity Group, an international management consulting firm specializing in IT benchmarking. While at Verity, Mr. Rumburg launched a number of syndicated benchmarking services that provided low cost benchmarks to more than 1,000 corporations worldwide. Mr. Rumburg has also held a number of executive positions at META Group, and Gartner. As a vice president at Gartner, Mr. Rumburg led a project team that reengineered Gartner’s global benchmarking product suite. And as vice president at META Group, Mr. Rumburg’s career was focused on business and product development for IT benchmarking.

Mr. Rumburg’s education includes an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School, an M.S. magna cum laude in Operations Research from Stanford University, and a B.S. magna cum laude in Mechanical Engineering. He is author of A Hands-On Guide to Competitive Benchmarking: The Path to Continuous Quality and Productivity Improvement, and has taught graduate-level engineering and business courses.

Bill Evans is Enterprise Application Support Manager for Adventist Health based in Roseville, CA. Bill has a broad range of experience starting in Emergency Management. Bill spent 12 years in the Air Force, as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist, Medical Instructor and in Healthcare IT.  Currently, at Adventist Health, Bill is part of Business Continuity leading the IT Rapid Response Team by managing communications, IT response, and service restoration for any major incidents impacting Adventist Health’s 30,000+ end users, 20 Hospitals and 300+ clinics. 

Alberto Plantilla is the Manager for Support Services with the Legislative Data Center.  He began his career in 2000 at the California Integrated Waste Management Board as a student assistant on the helpdesk.  From there, he moved to the Legislative Data Center in 2004 to work on the Service Desk.  He has continually advanced through several roles, including being the technical lead for the Service Desk on mobile services from BlackBerry to Exchange ActiveSync, Windows XP to Windows 7, and implementation of SharePoint.  Alberto leads teams responsible for Account Management, Configuration Management, and IT Service Management.
